What Is Really Underneath the Discomfort

The most effective leaders I know are not frantic. They are grounded. They understand where their energy creates impact and where it does not. They make decisions without panic and lead without constant urgency.
That kind of steadiness is not indulgent. It is mature.
Rest as a Leadership Skill
